We are in the process of building an ERP for the top tattoo chain store company in Turkey which is in the process of expanding its operations in various cities of Turkey to the outside world; opening branches in US, UK and Germany.
Managings 10s of branches, employing hundreds of tattoo artists and staff and dealing with a very demanding customer profile requires a multifaceted enterprise platform which will help the company manage everything from their recruitment processses to customer satisfaction ; from sales efforts to operations on the floor. Aware of the scope of the operation, we spent two months mapping all the processes of the company with the relevant parties and presented the customer with a detailed document set outlining the processes and all the wireframes that will be associated with those processes.
After approval from the customer ; Our team now busy building the platform and they are under strict guidelines to finish the first phase of the project in a record time of 3.5 months which has forced us to plan every minute detail of the project and streamline our code base to achieve optimum coding time. When we hand the project to our customer, come August , we will stand proud of building a multifaceted ERP for a major operation in 4 months with its major modules up and running.
This is the kind of challenge that pumps us with adrenalin and which helps us grow in the process as we fine tune our development processes and code to achieve the demanding targets we are assigned.
