How do you manage a staff of over 1000 doctors and vocational safety experts spread all across Turkey?
By having robust digital platforms which handle the vast range of interdependent processes which run through all layers of your enterprise.
And that is what TezMedikal did when they embarked upon a major digitalisation at the start of the pandemic and assigned us the task of building out a series of platforms for their vast business.
Through the course of three years; we built TezMedikal 3 major portals to cover their base of operations ranging from field processes of their doctors/experts to their human resources departments which handles thousands of applications each year as they onboard hundreds of new personnel each year to cover their staff positions across Turkey. In addition to the Vocational Safety and Career Portal; we also built an LMS portal for TezMedikal which they use to upload all their educational material and build custom made courses for specific targets. LMS portal allows them to not just broadcast custom made courses to their staff but also test them throughout their career towards specific regulatory and company goals; monitoring their progress with live reports.
Having delivered all these platforms in accordance with the requirements of our customer, we are now in the process of designing the next phase of TezMedikal’s digitalisation vision. This includes designing a brand new ERP to replace their present platform and crowning all these platforms with an artificial intelligence and machine learning layer as TezMedikal sits on trove of big data which they want to harness as they aspire to become the top telemedicine platform of Turkey.
