On top of that ; Octapull users are able to plan , schedule and monitor activities pushed out to their respective teams and use the platform to collect live data from their customers during conference calls through forms they can dynamically design and target.
Stil taking its baby steps as it is introduced to the market; our team is busy enhancing the Octapull platform with extra features that will go live to enhance the platform. Coming features include but are not limited to speech to text capability; emotional analysis and a desktop app to complement the other platforms.
