The top visa processing center of Turkey; with operations in over 10 countries around the world tasked us with the goal of rebuilding its application and enterprise portals in line with its growing operations.
Through a period of 3 years, we revamped all the existing portals and built new ones to cover their operations digitally 360 degrees. This ranged from the application portals which were used by thousands of users in various countries applying for visas to manage systems which were used in over 50 branches spread across the globe as they processed thousands of applicants in their offices every day.
Our job was complicated by the need to interface these portals with a multitude of other systems in use including systems of the government and that of foreign operational partners. Operating in a highly regulated and interconnected environment alongside the need to service customers in all time zones; we provided our customer with a robust team of developers and technicians around the clock and met the various KPI’s we targeted at the beginning of the project. Through paying attention to detail at every level of the management; we were able to help our customer save very valuable manhours in its operations which entail long hours of data processing and operations management. It was a classic case of how reducing seconds off of an application form entry process can earn a company tens of thousands of dollars over the course of a year and how layered security architectures embedded within a software platform can stop malicious actors from penetrating very sensitive data.
